Tim Farley Shady Maiden, fluid metal with stoner tones that would be a fucking hoot to see live!
Lute FP

Lute FP Reminds me of Santana’s first album, a bit. Killer psychedelic rock, with a big lead guitar at the front and a thick bass to propel things forward. Good vocals prevent things from getting noodly, overall a great album.

yves Very good psychedelic rock. If you are into colour haze, causa sui, stubb, it is for you. Monarch got their style and produces music having integrated 30 to 40 years of rock, with influences well distributed and with a lot of talent. Favorite track: Assent.

Simone

Simone WOW! I don't know what I like more .., the music or the picture ... bah! and that from an old hag like me - lol. Joking aside, the guitarwork in the jams is superb and the instrumental parts are not too long so I don't become bored. I really dig it

about

Monarch a natural quintet from Encinitas, California presents a spring psychedelia thats goes hand in hand with elegant undulations of Prog Rock. Its surrounding sound is strummed with a startling and lush sensitivity. The three fertilizing guitars throw in a harmonious, entrancing performance which delivers rhapsodic riffs along with intoxicating solos. The low end possessing characteristics hypnotic and tranquil, all the while tastefully decorating the sonic road with a technical and emotional depth. A percussive backbone that stretches in creatively dynamic incursions that act in stunning unison with the other instruments. Along with this quintet all the while, deep in Monarch lives a soft, melodious voice that flies over the fragrant perspiration exhaled by musical symbiosis.
